1. Gear Up (Safety First)

  • This is a high-strength composite. Always work in a well-ventilated area.
  • Wear a dust mask to avoid inhaling fine particles and use standard crafting gloves (Optional).

2. The Perfect Ratio

  • Always measure by weight & not by volume. Use a digital scale.
  • Standard Mix: 90g Powder to 50ml - 60ml Water. If you don’t have a digital scale, measure it by 3:2 (3 cups powder & 2 cups water.)
  • Pro-Tip: Add a few drops of water if you need a thinner flow, but do not overwater or you will ruin the structural strength.

3. Mix Like A Pro

  • Always add the powder into the water (not water into powder). Rest it for 20-30 seconds.
  • Stir thoroughly for 1 to 2 minutes until you achieve a smooth, lump-free, cream-like consistency. (Whisk slowly in clock-wise direction)

4. The Pour

  • Pour the mixture slowly into the lowest part of your silicone mold.
  • Let the liquid push the air up and out. Gently tap the sides of your mold for 30 seconds to force any hidden micro-bubbles to the surface.
  • Pro-Tip: If you experience bubbles, you can spray isopropyl alcohol on the mould before pouring the mixture.

4. Cure & Demold

  • Working Time: You have 3-5 minutes to pour before it begins to set.
  • Demolding: Safe to demold in 45-60 minutes (depending on room temperature and mold thickness).
  • Maximum Strength: Allow 24 to 48 hours for a complete, rock-solid cure.
  • Do not put in direct sunlight & avoid mixing in big quantities due to faster setting time.
