Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Comprehensive Terms of Service legally bind all users, visitors, and commercial buyers interacting with the Lucent Pour e-commerce platform.

1. Corporate Authority & Universal Policy Acceptance

  • Operating Entity: Lucent Pour is a proprietary commercial brand owned and operated by TLH Services Private Limited. All platform operations, supply agreements, and commercial billing are executed under this parent entity.
  • Universal Acceptance: By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on this website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the entirety of these Terms of Service, along with our incorporated Shipping & Damages Policy, Privacy Policy, and Secure Payments Terms. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you are prohibited from using this website or purchasing our products.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to revise any policy or pricing tier at our sole discretion without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes binding acceptance.

2. Multi-Tier Catalog & Order Execution

  • Product Scope: These terms govern all material transactions across our entire volume spectrum, including retail prototyping packs (400g, 900g, 1.8kg, 2.7kg, 3.6kg, 4.5kg) and industrial heavy-freight inventory (25kg and 50kg bulk sacks).
  • Order Cancellation & Refusal: We retain the unconditional right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order—retail or commercial—due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, regulatory constraints, or logistics carrier disruptions.

3. Secure Payments & Billing Compliance

  • Payment Processing: All digital transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS security frameworks.
  • Billing Identification: Charges on your bank statement, credit card, or payment portal may appear under our legal corporate entity name, TLH Services Private Limited.
  • Fraud & Chargeback Disputes: Any fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes, or intentional chargeback abuse will result in immediate termination of the buyer’s corporate account and referral to our legal department for debt recovery and legal remedies in Gurugram, Haryana.

4. Technical Performance & Material Liability Disclaimer

  • Laboratory Benchmarks: All stated technical properties—including rapid demold times and compressive strength ratings—are derived from controlled laboratory testing adhering to exact water-to-powder ratios (2:1 or 3:1).
  • Application Risk & Additives: The buyer assumes 100% of the operational risk during casting, mixing, and curing. We accept zero liability for damaged molds, structural cracking, weak setting, efflorescence, or business interruption resulting from environmental moisture, incorrect water measurements, or the introduction of unapproved third-party pigments, polymers, or sealants.
  • Liability Cap: The maximum aggregate financial liability of TLH Services Private Limited for any claim, dispute, or direct damage shall never exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific product unit under dispute.

5. Shipping, Freight & Transit Damages

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all shipments transfer entirely to the buyer the moment materials are handed over to our contracted third-party logistics partners, couriers, or freight carriers.
  • Compliance with Shipping & Damages Policy: All claims regarding missing items, delayed transit, or transit-related damage are strictly governed by our dedicated Shipping & Damages Policy.
  • Commercial Bulk Inspection: Commercial B2B buyers receiving wholesale 25kg or 50kg sacks must inspect pallets and outer packaging immediately upon arrival and document any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt (POD) within 24 hours.

6. Strict Contamination & Return Policy

  • Unsealed Materials: Due to the moisture-absorbing nature of chemical casting powders and alpha-gypsum blends, all opened, unsealed, or tampered bags are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable to prevent inventory contamination.
  • Defect Protocol: Genuine manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by unbroken batch numbers and video evidence of the mixing procedure.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Applicable Law: These terms, associated policies, and all sales contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.
  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute, statutory claim, or corporate litigation arising directly or indirectly from this platform or material purchases shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
